Training CurriculumEach trainer in the CP-21 ministry will identify a topic in which they have experience and expertise, and will provide training on that topic. Based upon feedback received from national pastors and leaders, our topics include the following: - Evangelism

- The Nature of the Church
- The Church and the World
- Culture (Marks of the culture, and how to effectively reach the culture)
- Reaching Men
- Bible Study I (Basic Bible study)
- Bible Study II (More advanced issues of interpretation)
- Preaching
- Marriage & Family (Counseling)
- Small Group dynamics
- Discipleship
- Spiritual Gifts
- Vision/Mission (Why church planting)
- The Character of a Leader
- Intimacy with God (Personal growth, worship, devotion)
- Spiritual Warfare
Each trainer can write their own curriculum, or choose from other sources such as materials developed by the Navigators (2:7), CBLT (BEE), the ASCP Omega Course, Home Bible League materials, or the curriculum developed by Rich Correl.
