CP-21 (Church Planting for the 21st Century) reflects a passion for partnerships.  We are committed to partnering with the national church in the Baltics, to encourage, support, and train church planters in the hope of serving as a catalyst for the planting of churches to the glory of God.

We recognize pioneer ministries have their place, and that there are support roles for missionaries to play in many situations.  But in countries where a national church exists, it is our perspective that partnering with the national church is the wisest, most effective manner in which to promote the advancement of the Gospel in most situations, and is the method that best maximizes the donations our ministry receives.

To that end, we partner with the national church in two strategic initiatives:

Church Planter Training: We provide church planter-specific training in regional sights in the Baltics.  We accept students who have been recognized by the national church as those God is raising up as leaders of His church, and who have a pastor or other leader willing to serve as mentor during the training process.  Training is offered in the evenings over a two year period.

Church Planter Encouragement: We provide encouragement, support, and practical assistance to current church planters, in the hope of providing them with the resources they need to continue in effective ministry.  This encouragement may take the form of personal visits, financial assistance, retreats, material provision, or the partnering of an oversees church with the national church for mutual growth and encouragement.

To accomplish these goals, we are pleased to work through a National Administrator, who oversees our ministry on a day-to-day basis, and is the chief means by which we continually evaluate our ministry so that we might continue to fulfill our passion in as strategic a manner as possible.

There are other effective, worthy missions and ministries in the Baltics, engaged in a variety of endeavors.  What makes our mission worthy of your consideration is our passion: church planting through national partnership.
