- Multiplication – We will provide training through transferable concepts, with the goal of nationals teaching nationals
- Reconciliation – We will be diverse in our ministry, seeking to train and plant churches in all ethnic backgrounds, with our ministry serving as a model of reconciliation for other Christian ministries and the nation at large
- Cooperation – We will eagerly cooperate with other agencies, denominations and churches who share our vision in the pursuit of saturation church planting in the Baltics
- Independence – We will seek to guard against a weakening of the national church due to an over-dependence upon American staff and financial support
- Diversity – We will adopt a doctrinal statement that is sound, but broad; we will grant grace to one another on “secondary issues” of the faith about which we may disagree, that we may stand together for the Gospel, about which we do agree. We anticipate students from a wide variety of backgrounds and denominations.
