Baltic Church Planting

We will seek to identify “faithful men” God may be raising up to serve as church planting pastors, and provide them with training to equip them for the work to which they are called.

Goal, Strategy, Methodology 

Goal: To recruit and train individuals God may be raising up to develop Bible studies leading to church plants.

Strategy: To develop regional training sights, at which participants will be trained in personal spiritual growth as well as in skills necessary to begin and lead Bible studies and new church plants.

Methodology: Provide training on an evening during the week, two nights/month, with occasional weekend workshops and seminars.  Each sight will have a sight facilitator and a sight mentor.  Training is arranged topically, and trainers are individuals who have an expertise in each topic.  Trainers include national pastors and church planters, as well as missionaries, other expatriates, and individuals coming from other countries.
