 What We Want (Our Vision)
Our vision is a God-exalting, Christ-proclaiming, reproducing church in every community in the Baltics What We Do (Our Goal)
To recruit, train, establish and encourage Baltic church plants and church planters How We Do It (Our Strategy)
There are four parts to our strategy: - Planter Training – We will seek to identify “faithful men” God may be raising up to serve as church planting pastors, and provide them with training to equip them for the work to which they are called.
- Mentoring – We will strive to provide an individual mentor for each church planter, from whom they can seek counsel, guidance, encouragement and support.
- Encouragement – We will seek to provide encouragement, and where necessary, financial assistance, to those striving to plant Baltic churches.
- Partnerships – We will encourage partnerships of Baltic churches planting churches with American churches, or existing plants with American churches, for mutual encouragement, support, growth and edification.
